111.71 Permits issued prior to the promulgation of this Regulation <span lang="EN-US"><span lang="EN-US"></span>

<span lang="EN-US">Air Cargo Agent that have been issued permits prior to the promulgation of this Regulation, shall within six-month preparatory period from the date this Regulation was promulgated, exchange their old permits for new ones and fill up the actual amount of capital on hand as prescribed in Section 111.37.</span>
